Permanent makeup is a cosmetic technique used to resemble makeup, or hair such as eyebrows, eyebrows, eyeliner, scalp micropigmentation and lips. Permanent makeup can also be used to camouflage skin conditions, scarring and reconstruct breast such areolas after clients have undergone breast reconstruction surgery. To the benefit of the client, permanent makeup training allows an accent or feature of a client to be exaggerated or diminished. These procedures are continually growing more and more popular. With no experience whatsoever, you can have one of the highest paying careers in the beauty industry. You can increase your earnings greatly by offering this innovative service. The various procedures you can be providing ranges from $300-$2400 dependent on the procedure, experience of the technician and the location in which it is performed.

This is an example of the potential income you can earn as a Permanent Makeup Technician based on the amount of procedures you work a week and the amount you charge per procedure.

Course Prerequisites:

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BEGIN YOUR LUCRATIVE CAREER. ALL student must finish and provide proof of a completed blood borne pathogens course prior to attending the live classes.* Research your county and requirements in your local area.

Online Microblading Fundamentals Course: $950

This course is perfect for you if you are looking forward to jumping right into the industry but at your own pace, seeking to perfect your stroke patterns prior to working on models or currently a permanent makeup technician that have taken a machine method or ombre course and are already working on clients. It's has all the benefits of the full course but at your own pace and at a better rate.

Once registered for our online course You will get a full kit mailed out to you along with our course manual, as well as full access to our student portal which grants access to our online practice modules and theory quizzes . You will also be able to send in your practice work for you Senior Instructor for critique. Although it is encouraged for you to eventually take a live course to see live procedures done in person and to perform your procedures on models you are welcome to learn at your own pace and pay the "online student discounted difference" of only $1600 (making the entire course only $2450 verses $3170) if you decide to take the live course (2 days in the live course- Tuesday and Wednesday).

Once registered, you will receive access to our student portal and begin your training online immediately. "Online" Course Certification will be given. Full Certification will not be given until the live course is taken.

Ombre Beginners Course: $2470/ $2600* -2 days

This course includes: Contra Costa County Body Arts Practitioner License*, Online theory course, training manual, a kit which serves up to 25 clients, one day of shadowing the trainer after gaining certification, as well as 1 year post education online support, lifetime career support, certification and catered lunch.

-Review of online theory lessons, Brow Mapping & Measurements, Shading Patterns,Instruments and Procedure, Depth and Implantation.

-Artificial Practice: Practice on paper, foam paper artificial skin, mannequin head then animal skin.

-Catered lunch

-Live Demonstration(s): Procedure on live model(s).

Day 2 - 9:30am-5:30pm: Friday

-Review and continued practice on pigskin.

-Student/Model Procedure and Critique (*only 3 days are required to gain 40 hour certification) only available upon passing day prior day classes)

This 2 day course is all that is necessary to gain your Ombre Machine Method certification Courses are held in a licensed establishment provided by a licensed and certified Master Permanent Makeup Artist. Each class is 8-10 hours long with a 1 hour lunch break (lunch included) and (2) 15 minute breaks.

Upon completion of the live class you are required to send in 5 detailed images of your work on 5 separate clients as well as additional stroke patterns in order to receive your 100 hour certification. We offer 1 year online support, 1-on-1 classes, advanced classes and/or assistance should you need additional support.

On the last day of class you will also take a 30 question test to ensure that you understand all of the information and training you have received. After you pass the written test, you will receive the certificate of completion for Ombre Machine Method Techniques and the hours you have gained will be reflected.

3-Day "Different Strokes 4 Different Folks" Microblading Essentials Course: $3170/$3300*

This course includes: Contra Costa County Body Arts Practitioner License*, pre-course online training modules, training manual, a kit which serves up to 50 clients, one day of shadowing the trainer after gaining certification, as well as 1 year post education online support, lifetime career support, certification and catered lunch. Once registered, you will receive your pre-course online training materials and be expected to begin practicing for your live training.

-Theory via Instructor Interaction/demonstrations, PowerPoint and video presentations: Anatomy of the Skin & Physiology, Hygiene and Safety, Rules and Regulations, Color Theory, Brow Shaping, Brow Mapping & Measurements, Stroke Patterns, Anesthetics, Hair Patterns, Instruments and Procedure, Depth and Implantation.

-Catered lunch

-Artificial Practice: Practice on paper, foam paper artificial skin, mannequin head then animal skin.

Day 2 - 9:30am-5:30pm

-Continued Practice: mannequin head then animal skin.

-Microshading/Powderfill, SofTap,Troubleshooting, Corrections, Aftercare, Healing, Touchups, Business Techniques: Acquiring Clientele, Pricing, Buying Products/Supplies.

The 3 day course is all that is necessary to gain your microblading certification. The 4th and 5th day courses are advanced optional courses (the difference/balance can be paid if you have taken prior courses with us and would like to advance). These courses include, pre-course online training modules, theory booklet, as well as a starter kit which serves up to 50 clients. Once registered, you will receive your pre-course online training materials and be expected to begin practicing for your live training. Courses are held in a licensed establishment provided by a licensed and certified Master Permanent Makeup Artist. Each class is 8-10 hours long with a 1 hour lunch break (lunch included) and (2) 15 minute breaks.

Upon completion of the live class you are required to send in 5 detailed images of your work on 5 separate clients as well as additional stroke patterns in order to receive your 100 hour certification. We offer 1 year online support, 1-on-1 classes, advanced classes (day 4 /day 5) and/or assistance should you need additional support.

The last day of class you will work on 1-3 live models assuming that you have passed the test from day 2. You will need to bring a model (if you are unable to acquire a model then please let us know so that we can assist you/ model fees apply). On the 2nd day of class you will also take a test to ensure that you understand all of the information and training you have received before working on a live model. After you pass the written test and worked on your models, you will receive the certificate of completion for 40 hours-microblading essentials training, the hours you have gained will reflect the pre-course module and homework as well as the hours acquired in the course. After completion of the 3 days of training, you will have the option to shadow your trainer for 1 day, so that we can also discuss any further questions or concerns that you might have.

Ombre Brows/Advanced Brow Techniques (optional 4-Day Course): $1700 with kit (add on to 3 day for 1500 w/kit)

All our courses are interactive and hands-on with plenty of one-on-one instructor attention. Our classes are very intimate, we allow no more than 4 students to attend class at once, from the hours of 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday through Friday the courses are 9:30am-7:00pm. Catered Lunch will be provided each day of class at 1pm for 1 hour (please contact us if you have any dietary restrictions). Registration

Unless you are in enrolled in a payment plan $1,650 (50%) of the registration should be done to ensure your participation (only 25% of total is refundable). The balance must be paid no less than 3 weeks before the training date. Late registration requires full payment and must be done no less than 7 days before the training date. After your deposit has been paid, the following documents are required 3 weeks before the class date via email (therefore you won’t need to bring anything to the class).

*Please make sure that the course you take is approved in both, the city you would like to do business in as well as Contra Costa County

- A copy of your Practitioner License. (Please register in the county that you would like to work in). Making the course $3,170. If you haven't done this step, we do it for you.

– A copy of your government issued photo identification to prove you are older than 18.

Cancellations

In an effort to acquire serious inquiries only, we only provide refunds upto 25% of the total course fee. However you are welcome to transfer dates in the case that you are not able to attend on your registered course date. Dates can be changed no less than 14 days prior to the original date.
